The last ever Haslar Summer Fete took place
in the grounds of The Royal Hospital Haslar on Saturday 8th
July. A fantastic day was had all
round with Radio Haslar providing both PA for the fete and a
live broadcast of the days activities to the patients.
We at Radio Haslar had our own stall
selling all kinds of stuff to generate much needed funds for
the running of the station and we raised a grand total of
£278.86
Radio Haslar would like to say a BIG THANK
YOU to all those who gave their time, donations and support
on one of the best days of the year, and a special Thank You
to those members of the public who came along and enjoyed
the fete.
